In order to understand Digital marketing first we need to understand what marketing is, Marketing refers to activities a company undertakes to promote the buying or selling of a product or service, and it includes advertising, selling and delivering products to customers. ii) SEO (search engine optimization): The SEO is all about optimizing the technical setup, content and reach of our website, so that our page appears on the top of the search engine results page for a specific set of keywords. A website is the center piece of all the marketing activities. It is imperative that one has a very good website in order to reach their companies goals effectively. The website alone is a very effective channel and we need the website as a medium to execute a variety of online marketing campaigns.
